Joe is a Balanced Body University certified Pilates Mat, Pilates Apparatus and Core Align instructor. In 2016 he also earned a 200 hour Anusara Yoga Elements instructor certification. Joe’s interest in Pilates and Yoga began with a desire to gain a better understanding of conditioning and body mechanics. Joe took his first Pilates class almost ten years ago and has continued to expand his knowledge and skills. Having been involved in team and individual sports from an early age, Joe is committed to helping clients move safely and mindfully to improve their strength, balance and mobility.
